1. What is the venue’s capacity?
Diamond Event Center can comfortably accommodate up to 1,000 guests, making it perfect for large weddings, quinceañeras, and community events.
2. What’s included in the rental packages?
All of our packages include 400 chairs, 50 rectangular tables, two exclusive sweetheart tables, a gift and cake table, dessert tables, a spacious kitchen, high-speed WiFi, ample parking, professional bartenders, security, cleaning, and staff support.
3. Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations. We also allow access starting Friday at 1 PM for Saturday events, so you have time to decorate and rehearse.
4. Do you offer a private room for event participants or VIPs?
Yes! We offer a private, elegant suite tailored to the needs of your event.
For weddings, the suite provides a calm, beautifully furnished space where the bride and groom can relax, get ready, and enjoy a quiet moment before the celebration begins.
For quinceañeras, the room serves as a personal retreat where the birthday girl can prepare, touch up her look, or simply take a break during the event.
For corporate events, it functions as a VIP or speaker prep room — perfect for key guests, executives, or coordinators to gather, prepare, or store personal belongings.
This dedicated space ensures added comfort and privacy for the most important people in your event.
5. Is outside catering allowed?
Yes, we welcome outside caterers. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped and available for their use during your event.
6. Is alcohol permitted at events?
Yes, alcohol is permitted, but only Diamond Event Center is authorized to serve it through our licensed professional bartenders. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
7. Do you offer event planning services?
Yes! We partner with Fuego Frío to offer a full range of premium event services, including DJ, master of ceremony, sound system and lighting, uplighting, cold sparks, low-lying fog (dancing on the clouds), photo booth, 360 booth, audio guest book, invitation design, and event coordination.
8. How do I book a tour or check availability?

9. Where do guests park?
We offer plenty of on-site parking! Guests can park comfortably in the spacious lots located at the back and side of the building, making arrival and departure easy for everyone.
